aspirations

Russell Brand
Comedic, quick and witty, eloquent with word …. Just the way I would like to be ….qualities I aspire to possess. I became obsessed after viewing his stand up comedy and interviews through the YouTube….. I was even, for the first time in my life, compelled to buy an autobiography! My Booky Wook : a memoir of sex, drugs, and stand-up
Genius!  Easy to read but fucking hilarious, expression of thought, emotion, situation couldn't be better…. strait from the brain and heart out onto the paper …. That’s what I admire so much I think so ….a talent for verbalizing the madness that exists within the brain box. I’ve always desired this verbal translational talent… a poetic, unexpected type, so that the words come out and express just how beautiful everything in my own head is

Some things I’ve learnt ….use words that are unexpected, say things in the reverse, speak poetically….people will pay attention, or just be confused…. either way I like it
…..Also always enjoy his outfits, simple with a bit of theatrics ….

A quote good for me to remember No-one really feels self-confident deep down because it's an artificial idea. Really, people aren't that worried about what you're doing or what you're saying, so you can drift around the world relatively anonymously: you must not feel persecuted and examined. Liberate yourself from that idea that people are watching you.”

"From quite early on, I had this idea of compartmentalized identities - ' this is how you are when you are with your mum, and this is how you are when you are with your dad' - so it seemed like I could never absolutely be myself. And the image of myself as compromised and inconsistent made me want to withdraw from the world even further. I had a sense of formulating a paper-mache version of myself to send out in the world, while I sat controlling it remotely from some smug suburban barracks" 25."
